Speaker Bio: The guest speaker for the May 21st Meeting will be Eli Howard, SMACNA Executive Director of Technical Services. The topic will be HVAC Duct Design/ HVAC Air Duct Leakage.

As SMACNA’s Executive Director of Technical Services, Mr. Howard has the overall responsibility of the more than 30 Technical and ANSI Standards related to the HVAC and sheet metal industry. He is a member of numerous ASHRAE Technical Committees, as well as liaison to NFPA, CSI, USGBC, ICC and IAPMO. Mr. Howard holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Allegheny College.
